If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged, in order to receive a refund or exchange.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping, except in the case of a defective or damaged item. In that case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.
